Shipping Policy
The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. Currently, we ship via FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
Order Cut-off Time:
2 PM CT. Orders placed before the cut-off time will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM CT will be shipped the next business day.
Delivery Time:
Uninterrupted delivery time is 3-4 business days (Monday – Friday). Shipping costs are FREE with every order, and the FREE SHIPPING is provided via USPS Priority. Faster shipping options are available at checkout.
While we do our best to meet the stated shipping and delivery dates, some rare delays may occur due to carrier issues. However, we always take care of our customers and offer a 15% money-back guarantee for late delivery. (The 15% money-back guarantee only applies to orders placed within the US.)

Order Changes:
Once your order has been confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled. However, you can still reach out to us, and we will try our best to address any issues before fulfillment. Item Not Received:
If you’ve placed an order but haven’t received your package, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist you.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). (For certain items like side-view mirrors, processing may take 5-10 days.)
Damages:
If you receive an item that is damaged during transit, please contact us, and we will send a replacement or accept it back as a return.

Refund policy
We have a 45-day return policy, which means you have 45 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it accordingly.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
